Qualifications
7 years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
Home health billing and reimbursement expertise required
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer reimbursement structures
Multi-site revenue cycle oversight experience preferred
Proven ability to improve collections, reduce AR days, and optimize billing operations
Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of revenue cycle operations across the organization
Manage billing, collections, reimbursement, and revenue integrity processes
Monitor key performance indicators including AR days, denial rates, and collections
Ensure compliance with payer regulations and documentation requirements
Lead revenue cycle teams and implement operational improvements
Partner with finance and executive leadership to optimize financial performance
