Qualifications
5 years of leadership experience in healthcare business development
Home health or hospice industry experience required
Strong network with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and case managers
Proven success driving census growth and market development
Excellent relationship-building and strategic planning skills
Responsibilities
Lead regional business development and market expansion initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and healthcare networks
Develop strategies to drive census growth across home health and hospice services
Support marketing and outreach efforts across the region
Partner with operations leadership to align growth strategies with operational capabilities
Monitor market trends and identify expansion opportunities
