Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare, marketing, or sales (Home Care experience preferred)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive referrals
- Ability to “solution sell” and understand client needs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Drive referrals and admissions within assigned territory
- Meet and exceed established sales goals and quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and other referral sources
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients and families for home care services
- Coordinate and manage the referral and onboarding process for new patients
- Maintain consistent outreach and presence within the local healthcare community
