Job description:
Full Spectrum Learn & Play is a small family-owned company that provides enriching learning opportunities to children ages 1-9. Our autism program includes providing one on one support during a structured preschool day and/or after school program. Our program incorporates academic and social skill development through sensory exploration & fun with new themes monthly.
At Full Spectrum, we encourage inclusion! This means that we welcome children of all abilities to join our program. For those kiddos needing more support, we also offer ABA therapy which is overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
We are looking for professionals who have a passion for children and willingness to learn!
The ideal candidate has the following skills:

Understanding of basic technology
Ability to speak & write at a professional level
Basic moral and ethical knowledge
Effective communication skills
Love for children & learning
Candidates must:
Be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation
Have or be willing to obtain a fingerprint clearance card
Have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
Complete 40-hour RBT training and be willing to take RBT examination prior to hire (Both coursework and exam will be paid for by the company.)
Be willing to support enrichment classes as needed
Compensation is dependent on qualifications and education level. Full Spectrum uses a pay scale which includes opportunity for growth, bonuses, and other incentives.
