B2B Sales Representative — Full Service Cleaners LLC
Overview
Full Service Cleaners LLC is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to help obtain commercial cleaning contracts.
This position is mostly work-from-home, but travel will be required when walking locations, meeting prospects, or bidding jobs.
Pay is negotiable based on proven experience, references, and ability to produce results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience required
- 5 years of experience preferred
- Must understand the B2B sales process
- Strong communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be able to document sales activity and submit daily updates during the first 90 days
- Must be able to personalize outreach instead of using generic sales pitches
- Sales scripts, pitches, and outreach messages must be submitted for approval before use
- Must be able to adapt, overcome objections, and stay committed to obtaining contracts
Travel / Bidding
Some locations may need to be walked before a bid is submitted.
For approved travel beyond a 2-hour drive, a company card may be provided for hotel, vehicle, or travel-related expenses.
Pay Options
Pay structure is negotiable and may include one of the following:
Option 1: Lower base salary with higher commission
Option 2: Higher base salary with lower commission
Option 3: Higher base salary plus a one-time payment equal to 50% of the first month’s contract value for closed contracts
Pay periods are bi-weekly.
