What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Sales Rep I position at Foley Equipment?
Parts Sales Rep promotes superior service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for finding the correct part for the customer and ensuring we meet or exceed the customer's parts expectation.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Answer customer questions or seek resolution to questions or concerns
- Help load orders into vehicles by hand, forklift and hand trucks
- Ensure customers are up-to-date on order status
- Disassemble and assemble all types of hydraulic hoses
- Participate in weekend work schedules as well as after-hour work as needed
- Audit and inventory parts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
