Therapy Aide

**Job Overview:**

As a Therapy Aide at Full Potential Therapy, LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our therapists and assisting in the delivery of quality care to our clients. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist therapists with organizing and setting up therapy sessions
• Support clients during therapy sessions and provide encouragement and assistance as needed
• Help maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
• Communicate effectively with all staff, clients, and their families
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
