Overview
We are seeking a fast learning, energetic and highly organized Full Time Office Administrator to join our team! We are a small business that is continuously growing. The office is located at a home within it's own separate area and own access. Responsibilities include incoming and outcoming phone calls, estimates and billing, supporting administrative functions, managing schedules, ordering materials and overseeing essential clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive attitude to keep our office running efficiently. Electrical knowledge is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, phone systems, permit filing (online) and incoming deliveries
- Oversee calendar management for staff and leadership, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating
- Processing invoices, and ensuring timely procurement of office supplies and services.
- Support human resources functions such as maintaining personnel files, and assisting with payroll processing using QuickBooks.
- Perform bookkeeping and budgeting tasks to monitor expenses, track invoices, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Organize filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, courteous interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or office management roles within a professional environment.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks.
- Electrical knowledge and experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.

- Pay will be based upon experience

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
