Who WE are looking for:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a steward. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They must be a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Physical stamina, time management skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting overall kitchen operations are key to succeeding in this role.

What is expected of YOU:

As a valued member of the kitchen team, you are expected to provide excellent service to both internal and external guests, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times. Your responsibilities include scraping and cleaning dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher, as well as washing pots, pans, and trays. You will also be tasked with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, removing all trash from kitchen areas, and ensuring the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned to support the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen.

Experience YOU will need:

• High School/ GED preferred

• 3-6 months experience preferred

• Bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Carry and balance trays of beverages

• Lift up to 25 - 30 lbs

• Stand for long periods

• Navigate crowded spaces

• Flexibility in bending and reaching

• Adaptability to casino conditions, including:

  • Bright lights

  • Noise

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

●       Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
