Who WE are looking for:
We are seeking a professional and detail-driven individual to join our fine dining team as a steward. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment. Discretion, efficiency, and consistency are essential, along with the ability to work seamlessly as part of a cohesive back-of-house team. A strong sense of responsibility, polished work habits, and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure are key. This individual plays a vital role in supporting the exceptional guest experience expected at our Michelin Star bound establishment.

What is expected of YOU:

As a valued member of the kitchen team, you are expected to provide excellent service to both internal and external guests, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times. Your responsibilities include scraping and cleaning dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher, as well as washing pots, pans, and trays. You will also be tasked with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, removing all trash from kitchen areas, and ensuring the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned to support the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen.

Experience YOU will need:

• High School/ GED preferred

• 3-6 months experience preferred

• Bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Carry and balance trays of beverages

• Lift up to 25 - 30 lbs

• Stand for long periods

• Navigate crowded spaces

• Flexibility in bending and reaching

• Adaptability to casino conditions, including:

  • Bright lights

  • Noise

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

●       Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
