You'll play a key part in executing casino promotions, staying updated on events and property information. Precise data entry will maintain the integrity of our database, while you uphold security protocols to protect the company, employees, and guests. Compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies is essential, and you may also be assigned other duties as required to support our operations

Experience YOU Will Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service experience necessary
- Bilingual skills are a definite plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills required
- Role involves discussing promotions with customers
- Proficiency in multitasking
- Ability to type and talk simultaneously while assisting customers
- Strong computer skills essential
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
