What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wellington's Server Assistant position at Full House Resorts?
Essential Job Functions:
- Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
- Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
- Assist other servers in giving the best possible service.
- Perform necessary assigned work.
- Handle guest receipts according to internal casino/resort policy.
- Responsible for proper uniform attire and proper name tag.
- Serve all food/beverages as per room standards.
- Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets. .
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Previous food service experience preferred.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit.(19 years plus 1 day minimum)
