The ideal candidate for a casino cocktail server is friendly, approachable, and attentive, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele are essential. Demonstrates openness to feedback and direction, with the ability to adapt and improve based on guidance. The candidate should be able to maintain a professional demeanor, handle cash transactions accurately, and work efficiently as part of a team. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.

- You’ll need to juggle several tables, manage drink orders, and handle payments efficiently, all while keeping a positive attitude.
- Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is often required. Accuracy in handling cash and processing payments is essential.
- Upselling and suggesting drinks can boost your tips and help meet sales targets. Being able to recommend popular or high-margin items is a plus.
