- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Serve, and present cocktails and beverages with flair, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Manage Spot On POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Upsell menu items and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area, including food handling, sanitation, and food preparation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service, including bussing tables and assisting with host/host duties when needed
- Utilize reservation systems like Spot on Reserve to manage guest seating efficiently in busy environments
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or nightclub settings with a focus on guest relations and serving skills
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such Spot On for efficient order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Capable of multitasking in fast-paced settings with strong time management skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of Social Media with Strong Ability to self promote.
