Position Overview
We are seeking a Lawn Care Applicator who is competitive, motivated, and takes pride in their work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for applying fertilizers, weed control, and other treatments, diagnosing turf problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other turf care products according to company standards.
- Diagnose turf issues and provide recommendations to customers.
- Maintain and operate trucks, spray rigs, and spreaders.
- Complete digital service records using our routing software.
- Represent the company in a professional, friendly manner.
Qualifications
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or turf experience preferred — willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Pay
