What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (Fast Growing, Small Company) position at Full Circle Services?

Last year at Full Circle we more than doubled in size, and we are on pace to do it again. Our competitive advantage is in the customer service we provide. If we mess up, we fix it. We will re-service homes for free, give money back, and even mail edible arrangements to customers when we mess up.
Your job isn't just to get the customer off the phone and get to the next call. Your job is to leave the customer a raving fan of Full Circle. If a customer is upset, we want to go so far above and beyond that they can't help but tell all of their friends how awesome we are.
Day to Day:
We are a small, very fast growing company… good news and bad news, you are going to wear a lot of hats throughout the day. During a typical day you will be:
- Answering the phone 5-15x per day(depending on the season)
- Replying to customer texts, emails, and voicemails
- Checking & correcting production logs
- Letting customers know about issues that technicians noted
- Adding new customers that the sales team sold
- Calling customers that have outstanding invoices
- Checking in with customers after we do reservices
- You will also help create new systems, and keep the train on the tracks

Full Circle Services is a lawn care & pest control company based in Doylestown. Basically, we make grass green & kill weeds, bugs, and rodents. We have pink trucks and service Bucks and most of Montgomery. Our company culture is built on the core values of efficiency, adaptability, and transparency. Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
