Job Summary
A growing Regional Center Respite Company is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and dependable Bilingual Intake& ; Operations Specialist to support family intake, caregiver onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is REQUIRED. Applicants who are not fluent in both languages will not be considered.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, healthcare
operations, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new family intake from referral through service activation.
- Manage caregiver onboarding, orientation, documentation, and personnel files.
- Track CPR/First Aid certifications, background clearances, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records within Zoho CRM and other electronic systems.
- Prepare reports, organize electronic files, and support daily operational workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service to families, caregivers, Regional Center representatives, and community partners.
- Assist leadership with scheduling, administrative projects, and operational support as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – REQUIRED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, intake, operations, administration, HR, or a related field.
- Regional Center, home care, respite, healthcare, or social services experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Woodland Hills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation & ; Benefits
- $24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
