Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients
- Gather case facts and assess potential case viability
- Schedule consultations and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Manage follow-up communications and assist with data entry
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience in customer service, sales, or legal intake preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable
