Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator who is fluent in Mandarin and English to join our team. This role is essential in bridging communication between our offices and ensuring smooth HR operations across different regions. The ideal candidate will excel at scheduling, coordinating HR-related activities, and fostering clear communication among diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination:

• • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR-related events across multiple time zones.
  • Assist in organizing onboarding schedules and training sessions.
    
• Communication Liaison:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Mandarin-speaking staff and other regional offices.
  • Translate and interpret HR policies, communications, and documents as needed to ensure clarity and compliance.
    
    
• HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and documentation.
  • Assist with drafting correspondence, reports, and HR announcements in both Mandarin and English.
    
    
• Support HR Projects:
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and cross-office projects.
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs, including performance reviews and benefits coordination.
    
    

Qualifications & Skills

• Language Skills: Native or fluent proficiency in
  Mandarin and strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  
  
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years of HR or administrative coordination experience.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural or multilingual environment is a plus.
    
    
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Comfortable with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
    
    
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
