Full Circle Recovery Services is seeking an Accountant to maintain accurate, reliable financial records and support the organization’s daily accounting functions. Working closely with the CFO, the Accountant will help ensure financial consistency, accuracy, and timely reporting to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Record and reconcile income, expenses, bank transactions, and credit card activity.
- Assist with accounts payable and vendor communications.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Support cash flow tracking and assist with forecasting.
- Ensure transactions are categorized and recorded properly per company guidelines.
- Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and compliance tasks.
- Support project work such as expense tracking, simple budget reporting, or data gathering for department initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements or system updates related to accounting functions.
- Create and maintain project dashboards or financial trackers.
- Coordinate with team members to gather project-related data and ensure deadlines are met.
- Help implement and document new processes or systems to improve efficiency.
- Participate in occasional cross-functional projects outside accounting (e.g., systems upgrades, reporting improvements).
- Serve as a key support person to the CFO on finance-related initiatives and operational improvements.
Skills & Attributes
- 2 years of accounting experience (QuickBooks experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of cash and accrual basis accounting principles.
- High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with standard financial statements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a small business setting.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- This position may require the use of a Company or personal vehicle. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
