We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator with a valid forklift license to join our warehouse operations team on a full-time basis. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to move, load, unload, and store products within the warehouse while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.
- Transport products to designated storage locations, staging areas, or shipping zones.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Ensure products are handled properly to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow warehouse procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Valid forklift operator license/certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Availability to work full-time, including overtime if required.
