Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to bridge the gap between our laboratory's cutting-edge core technologies and real-world customer applications. This role requires cross-disciplinary technical expertise combined with exceptional customer communication skills, enabling rapid understanding of emerging technologies and their application across diverse industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Solution Design

• Master multiple core technologies developed in our laboratory and continuously learn new emerging technologies
• Analyze technical requirements and business challenges across different industry sectors
• Design technical solution architectures tailored to customer needs
• Assess technical feasibility and implementation risks
  
  

Customer Communication & Requirements Analysis

• Conduct in-depth technical discussions and require interviews with clients across various domains
• Understand industry-specific technical constraints and compliance requirements
• Translate complex technical concepts into understandable business value propositions
• Assist customers in evaluating ROI for technology adoption
  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure solution feasibility
• Partner with sales teams to provide technical support and solution recommendations
• Communicate with product teams to relay customer feedback and market trends
• Participate in technology roadmap planning and product strategy development
  
  

Knowledge Management & Transfer

• Build technical solution databases and best practice repositories
• Author technical white papers and solution documentation
• Train internal teams on new technology applications
• Participating in technical conferences and industry events
  
  

Position Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Education: PhD degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field
• Academic Publications: Demonstrated research publications across multiple technical domains, including journal papers, conference proceedings, or patents
• Technical Depth: Deep professional knowledge and research experience in at least 2-3 technical domains
• Rapid Learning Ability: Capability to quickly master new technologies and understand their application potential
• Communication Skills: Excellent customer communication and presentation abilities, capable of effective interaction with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Industry Insight: Understanding of technological trends and challenges across multiple industries

• Product management: especially for enterprise applications/solutions
