A Sacramento law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to support two associates in a busy civil litigation practice. This is a full-time, fully in-office role working on public entity, insurance defense, and personal injury matters.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings (state and federal)
• Organize discovery, subpoenas, and case materials
• Assist with law and motion and trial preparation
• Handle transcription and general administrative support
• Communicate professionally with clients, counsel, and witnesses
Requirements:
• 3 years of legal experience
• Prior litigation legal secretary experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures
• Excellent calendaring, organization, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Abacus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$78,000 – $88,000 DOE
