Fujitani Consulting is currently partnering with established law firms throughout California seeking Civil Litigation Associate Attorneys with 0–5 years of experience. We are seeking attorneys with strong research, writing, and analytical skills who are interested in developing their litigation practice while working alongside experienced attorneys. These opportunities provide exposure to all phases of civil litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, client communication, and trial preparation.
Potential responsibilities may include:
▪ Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda
▪ Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
▪ Assisting with litigation strategy and case management
▪ Preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
▪ Managing discovery and reviewing case documents
▪ Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
▪ Supporting partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
▪ Handling assigned matters with increasing responsibility and independence
Qualifications:
▪ 0–5 years of civil litigation experience
▪ Active California Bar admission in good standing
