Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising new installations and construction along with being responsible for maintaining grounds, facility, facility equipment, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoots problems with the facility and facility equipment.
· Requisitions repairs or recommends replacements based on diagnosis of problems.
· Supervises and coordinates installations and/or repairs of equipment, electrical, gas, air, water, and sewer by working with outside contractors.
· Works to expedite installations and/or repairs to avoid delays in production.
· Obtains competitive quotes from reputable and quality vendors when pricing for goods and/or services.
· Assists in the training of operation of facility equipment.
· Maintains an ongoing preventative/predictive maintenance program for facility and facility equipment.
· Maintains an organized parts inventory.
· Supervises and coordinates work schedule.

· Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, lifting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
· Ability to work as team member and meet assigned deadlines.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment.
· Perform any and all other duties as instructed by the Director of Manufacturing, Plant Superintendent (where applicable), Production Supervisor, VP of Ops (or designee), or any other management staff.
Mandatory Job Qualifications:
· Two years associate's degree in maintenance or related field.
· Two years supervisory experience.
