𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝟴-𝟭𝟮𝘆𝗿𝘀

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: We are looking for a Senior Engineer with strong expertise in PLC programming, motor control systems, and HVAC automation. This role focuses on designing, developing, and commissioning energy-efficient HVAC control solutions for commercial and industrial systems.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Develop and program PLC-based control systems for HVAC equipment (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Compressors)

• Design control logic for temperature, pressure, flow, and energy optimization

• Work with PLC platforms like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider

• Implement industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)

• Design motor control strategies (VFDs, AC/DC motors, EC motors)

• Develop control panels, wiring schematics, and hardware layouts

• Perform FAT, SAT, testing, and commissioning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• 7–12 years of experience in HVAC controls / industrial automation

• Strong hands-on PLC programming & troubleshooting

• Expertise in motor controls, VFDs, and HVAC systems

• Knowledge of PID tuning, sequencing, alarms & safety interlocks

• Experience with BMS/EMS integration

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Embedded/Hybrid control systems experience

• Knowledge of cybersecurity in industrial systems

• Exposure to global HVAC standards
