The Role

We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist who takes ownership of everything that touches our warehouse.

This role is critical to the heartbeat of our business — ensuring orders go out fast and accurately, inventory stays dialed, and operations run clean and efficient.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Ensure all outgoing orders meet Fueled UTV quality standards
• Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and manage daily pickups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping workflow

Receiving & Inventory

• Receive inbound shipments and verify accuracy against POs
• Label, organize, and stock inventory in correct locations
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and system updates
• Identify discrepancies and take action to resolve them

Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations

• Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain warehouse organization and bin location accuracy
• Assist in improving processes for efficiency and scalability
• Support warehouse layout optimization as we grow

Returns & Problem Solving

• Process returns and inspect product condition
• Communicate with team on damaged, missing, or incorrect items
• Help identify root causes and prevent recurring issues

Local Support

• Run parts locally when needed (valid driver’s license required)
• Assist with shop or internal team needs when necessary

Experience

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience with barcode scanners, shipping software, or inventory systems is a plus
• Powersports or automotive interest = a big bonus

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable being on your feet most of the day
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
