Responsibilities
- Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge according to specifications and safety standards
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods within the facility
- Prepare items for shipment by packaging, labeling, and verifying order accuracy
- Conduct quality checks during assembly to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and finished products in the warehouse system
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with a strong understanding of assembly processes
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line operations
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse setting
- Experience working with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking is a plus
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
