Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Moving/Storage Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, and closing sales for moving and storage services. Daily tasks include conducting virtual or phone consultations with clients to understand their needs and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct research and understand market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in the moving and storage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
