What You'll Do:
- Lead and coach team members to deliver outstanding service and food quality
- Open or close the restaurant following checklists and protocols
- Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards are met
- Handle guest complaints with urgency and professionalism
- Monitor shift productivity and support team members where needed
- Manage cash handling and end-of-shift procedures
- Assist with training new hires and enforcing brand standards
What We're Looking For:
- 6 months in a supervisory or keyholder role in the restaurant industry
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Passion for food, hospitality, and team development
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a high-volume setting
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
