Fuego Tortilla Grill is looking for energetic and amazing team members to join our San Antonio team!
We’re hiring for all shifts and currently looking for:
- Cashiers
- Line Cooks
- Scratch Kitchen Prep Cooks
Whether you love taking care of guests or making great food from scratch, we want people who bring good energy, work hard, help their teammates, and take pride in what they do.
What You’ll Do
Depending on the position, you may:
- Welcome guests and make them feel at home
- Take food and drink orders and process payments
- Learn the menu and help guests find their new favorite Fuego order
- Prepare and cook menu items to Fuego recipe standards
- Prep proteins, sauces, produce, and other fresh ingredients
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for the rush
- Make sure food is fresh, accurate, and portioned correctly
- Move quickly and stay focused during busy shifts
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Answer phones and assist with call-in orders
- Restock supplies and help with inventory
- Jump in and support your team wherever needed

Pay: $12.75 - $15.00 per hour
