Part-time & Full-time | Opening Team
FUEGO is turning up the heat in downtown Dover — a bold new nightlife and small-plates venue where great drinks, good food, and high energy meet. We’re building our opening team and looking for Barbacks / Support Staff who can keep the bar running smooth, the energy high, and the good times flowing.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the bar stocked with ice, glassware, and supplies throughout service
- Support bartenders with prep, restocking, and cleanup
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment
- Collect and wash glassware efficiently
- Step up wherever needed to keep the team moving
What We’re Looking For
- Prior barback or hospitality experience preferred (nightlife a plus)
- Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented — you keep things running without missing a beat
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in a high-volume environment
- Team-first attitude — no egos, no drama
- Willingness to learn and grow — we love promoting from within
