BARTENDER / SERVER

Overview:
Join our Fuego team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. We are seeking a skilled individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking food / drink orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and all areas, including washing glassware
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies to ensure adequate stock
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or related customer service roles
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a positive manner
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification in food handling is required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
