What are the responsibilities and job description for the Defense Litigation Attorney position at Fudge Broadwater, P.A.?
Civil Litigator with a minimum 10 years' experience in Medical Malpractice/Health Care Defense and/or related litigation sought for growing civil defense firm based in St. Petersburg with National case load. Successful candidate must be proactive and a ‘team player’ willing to take responsibility for case development and preparation for mediation, arbitration and/or trial. Trial experience preferred. Ask about our sign on bonus as well.
