Key Responsibilities
- Analyze submitted application data for eligibility.
- Conduct and document all required searches of licensure and coverage databases, as well as the applicant’s website.
- Communicate with authorized agents regarding eligibility and any additional required information.
- Respond to inquiries from agents seeking authorization.
- Handle incoming calls from the general public seeking coverage, directing them to the FWCJUA website to locate an authorized agent.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all calls and applications are processed within established performance metrics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
