Job Summary
The Operations Manager of LTL Brokerage Services will be responsible for the sales, pricing, and operational development of the LTL brokerage business. This leader will play a key role in building and developing a team that both sells and executes transportation services that create value for customers, complement existing capabilities, and drive strong revenue and profit growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, train, schedule, and manage team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure established procedures and best practices are followed.

- Develop creative transportation solutions that add value for both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand business, improve processes, and strengthen operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
- Experience in business development, sales, highway transportation, and brokerage operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general data entry.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred.
- Familiarity with carrier compliance and insurance monitoring platforms, such as RMIS, is a plus.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
