Scope of Position:
As a Project Analyst, you will participate on the OneStream Implementation project. You may also participate in multiple smaller projects depending on project portfolio and business needs. The OneStream project Data Reconciliation phase will likely be a 2–3x month time commitment. Additional opportunities to support this or other projects may arise.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- OneStream Data Reconciliation and Validation
- Perform data reconciliation between multiple systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Central Finance).
- Reconciliations are performed at the account, entity, product, and department level in both functional currency and USD.
- Reconciliations are completed in MS Excel and PDF views, with all work documented and catalogued in SharePoint Online.
Travel Requirements:
No travel required.
On-Site Work:
Expect to work on site at least 50–75% of the time with core team members.
Hours of Work / Schedule / Flex-Time:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with extended workdays/weekends occasionally required depending on project phase and status.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- 3 years experience working on Finance or Shared Service projects.
Required Skills:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project (strong Excel skills required).
- Strong accounting background.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Functional finance system knowledge (SAP and/or PeopleSoft).
- Demonstrates initiative and effectively manages self in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and exceptional follow-through.
Desired Skills:
- Deep understanding of Shared Service processes from deployment or integration projects.
- Experience recommending process improvements and escalating potential risks.
- Familiarity with Shared Services operations (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.).

Pay: $36.00 - $46.00 per hour
