Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sustainable practices. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive landscape designs that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present landscape design concepts for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Prepare detailed site plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site analysis and environmental assessments.
• Oversee project implementation and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in landscape design (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios will also be considered for alternate position).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of horticulture, site planning, and landscape construction techniques.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
