About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing residential development organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves and executing.

This role will play a key part in scaling the company's marketing efforts as the business grows. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing marketing strategy, analyzing performance, managing projects, and getting into the details to make things happen. We're looking for a true strategist and doer—someone who can build the plan and execute it.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support community launches, lead generation, and sales growth.
• Lead marketing initiatives for new communities as the organization expands.
• Partner closely with Sales and leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Analyze campaign and lead performance and use data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and track KPIs that connect marketing activity to sales results.
• Manage marketing projects from strategy through execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.
• Coordinate community launches, grand openings, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 4 years of homebuilding marketing experience, ideally with increasing responsibility and strategic ownership.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing programs—not just managing them from a distance.
• Experience using marketing analytics and performance data to make decisions.
• Ability to connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in homebuilding, residential real estate, real estate development, or a related industry is required.
