Job Title: Residential Construction Superintendent

Location: Canonsburg, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Construction Builder to oversee the day-to-day operations in Canonsburg, PA. This role is responsible for ensuring residential builds are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for residential new builds
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Enforce safety and quality control standards on the job site
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs and inspections to monitor progress and craftsmanship
• Identify and address issues that may delay timelines or affect quality
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, schedules, and material delivery tracking
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met
• Assist with procurement of materials and verify deliveries
• Ensure homes are delivered to clients in move-in ready condition

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Site Manager in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of homebuilding and local building codes
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades on active job sites
• Comfortable reading blueprints, site plans, and construction documents
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
