Qualifications:Under general supervision of the Player Rewards Supervisor, Player Rewards Staff support the casino’s loyalty and promotions program by engaging with guests, distributing gifts and promotional items, and ensuring a positive and seamless rewards experience. This role focuses on customer service, accuracy, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all players. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate-weight items (e.g., boxes of gifts). Comfortable working in a fast paced, guest focused environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Prior hospitality, retail, or casino experience is helpful but not required.
