Qualifications:
Under the general supervision of the Table Games Floor Person, responsible for dealing a variety of Table Games to include Blackjack and other approved Table Games in accordance with federal, and state regulations; and Company policies, practices, and procedures. Provides guests with excellent service and creates a fun gaming environment.
Six months dealing experience preferred. Certificate in dealing preferred or must successfully complete in-house training program, and or audition. Must 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
