Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AR Manager / Collateral Manager to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for the accounts receivable (AR) process, collections, managing collateral, and ensuring the efficient and timely collection of outstanding debts. You will work closely with the billing, sales, legal, and operations teams to mitigate financial risk and improve cash flow. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing both AR and collateral in a dynamic business environment.
- Organize and update financial records and be held accountable to comply with all defined business processes and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and payment issues, maintain accurate customer records, including credit limits, payment terms, and outstanding balances
- Responsible for the collection of accounts by contacting customers, investigating circumstances of non-payment, and negotiating and resolving conflicts
- Ensure all collateral requirements are properly documented and up-to-date and ensure that agreements and collateral values are in line with credit policies
- You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.

- 3-5 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, including experience in a supervisory or management position.
- Professional experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet timely obligations.
- Knowledge of accounting processes.
- Personal integrity when working with personal and sensitive financial information
