Position Overview
FSS Technologies is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented technician to assist with the service of cutting-edge fire and security systems. This is your opportunity to develop your career in a fast-growing, mission-driven company dedicated to protecting lives and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
- Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- 3 years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
- Experience servicing Intrusion, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.
- Must be able to work at heights.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Pay range for this role is between $20 and $35

- Company Car: Technicians are eligible for a company vehicle after 90 days of service, and it is based on availability
