Videographer & Video Production Manager
FSS is looking to staff a key role in a growing Media Company:Full-time, in-office in Woodmere NY

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-level Videographer who can also manage an editing team and oversee
daily short-form video production. This is an in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
media environment, knows how to capture compelling footage, and can turn ideas into polished
daily content across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Videography & Content Creation
- Film daily short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment
- Capture clean, engaging footage optimized for social media
- Work closely with on-camera talent and creators
Editing Team Management
- Manage and coordinate a team of video editors
- Assign edits, review drafts, and ensure fast turnaround
- Maintain consistent editing style, pacing, and brand standards
- Give clear feedback and creative direction to editors
Production & Workflow
- Help plan daily content shoots and production schedules
- Organize raw footage and project files
- Ensure videos are delivered on time every day
- Collaborate with leadership on creative strategy and execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of short-form social content
- Experience managing or directing editors (or strong leadership ability)
- Comfortable working in-office in Woodmere, NY
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
- Strong communication and creative instincts
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- Knowledge of social media trends and viral formats
- Background in media companies, content studios, or creator teams
- Ability to move fast and adapt creatively
