Job Description
We are seeking experienced fiber drop bury subcontractor crews for consistent residential fiber installation work. Crews must supply their own truck, equipment, and labor. Work is steady with the ability to run 5–6 days per week.
Our projects provide high drop volume, fast routing, and weekly pay for reliable crews.
Pay Structure
Average pay per drop: $299–$331
Typical production:
- 4–6 drops per day
Estimated daily earnings per crew:
$1,200 – $2,000 per day
Weekly earning potential:
$6,000 – $12,000 per crew
Requirements
Crews must have:
- Truck capable of hauling equipment
- Vibratory plow or mini trencher
- Hand tools for restoration
- Valid driver's license
- General liability insurance
- Workers compensation insurance (if applicable)
- Experience with fiber drop bury or underground utility work
Responsibilities
- Install residential fiber drops
- Follow utility locate markings
- Properly restore lawns and landscaping
- Provide job completion photos
- Maintain quality and safety standards
