What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Resolve hardware, software, VPN, and network issues
- Support Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira
- Provide friendly, responsive Tier 2 IT support
What You Need
- Desktop/IT Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
