IT Desktop Support Technician
Location: Onsite – Bisque Imports
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $19–$22/hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to our onsite team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and being the go-to person for all things IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for end users (hardware, software, and peripherals)
- Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues in a timely manner
- Support and maintain printers, scanners, and other office equipment
- Install, configure, and update workstations, laptops, and software applications
- Assist with new hire setups, including hardware and system access
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic network access
- Document issues and resolutions for internal tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support (required)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications
- Experience with printer troubleshooting and general hardware support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite, fast-paced environment
