FSM Group LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance team in processing invoices, reconciling statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is essential to ensuring timely payments and strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy.
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of payments and vendor files.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support audits by providing requested documentation.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
