Annual Earnings
$78,000 – $150,000 per year based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling projects and design ideas
- Create kitchen and home remodeling designs and proposals
- Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
- Follow up on leads and manage customer communication
- Coordinate with office staff, vendors, and project teams
- Maintain professional presentation and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, kitchen design, or home remodeling preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up consistently
- Experience with design software is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
